Odds are they'd be releasing Fusion as part of the Ambassador program anyway, with the anniversary on this date they can just say it's part of the "Anniversary celebration" instead and get that off their chest.

This isn't be given out as part of Metroid's 25th anniversary. Give us a new Metroid game (2D game for the 3DS?) or at least re-release Metroid Prime Trilogy (like Guild said).

what are you guys saying that this is not early? of course it is!

don't you guys remember from the announcement they made on the ambassador program? GBA VC titles are supposed to come "at the end of the year". getting Metroid Fusion on August 8/11 is definitely early, and definitely NOT end of the year. else why would they say to get it on 8/11 if it's not gonna be available by then?

I'd mainly want to see it out because it was a fun game and a great deal. I wasn't a huge fan of Metroid Prime but all 3 Prime games (excluding *cringe* Hunters) for $50 is pretty nice. It shouldn't be taboo because it's a "collector's item" now.

Here's the thing, Why would they tell us about it, if its not going to get released soon.

Also, why would they give that vague date if the price drop is tomorrow.

Lastly, Why would they post about it, if it was on the list of GBA games.


If you use your head, it may mean that it's going to come out today, If not today then November 8.

Edit: Heads up, they did the same thing with Mario, so it wont be coming out today.
