Gaming Metal Gear Solid 3D Crash

So whenever I get past the cut scene when Jack and EVA make out the game goes into a loading screen and goes black then it crashes and says the typical message "A error has occurred and your system will now restart"
On the save file for my location it says "Past the Russian Border" I have 10+ hours on the game, I don't want them to go to waste as I really want to finish this game

no problem, btw, just so you know, luma locale switcher doesnt let you access some nintendo network stuff
