Hacking Messed up H&S, have a doubt

I messed up my H&S app(deleted the original hs.app without backing it up), so I want to re-install it again. I found the title from here but I don't know if the version matters, or I can install any version of the H&S app?

You can un-install from FBI(find the title ID). Use the .3dsx version
