Homebrew Message System Update is ready when i have the update folder deleted

a day ago i deleted the update folder from my wii u's nand so it wouldnt update to 5.5.2 today i turn it on and it says System Update Ready is it ok for me to press ok will it error after i press ok or?

That's normal because it still downloads but has no where to go so it will install the update and basically it will fail so your pretty much good
