Hacking menu? error on the dsi xl

So, I've bought a Nintendo Dsi Xl recently from a friend of mine. It came with this R4 (the one from the picture). Yesterday, I was trying to put a few games in it, but I couldn't. So I erased all the files from the R4 and I can't recall the kernel. Can anyone help me with It?

My comment might be a bit late but maybe I can still help you. What do you mean by you couldn't put a few games on the card ?

Maybe looking at my first post might help you, because back then I used to have some issues with it too. I'm linking this post because I don't remember everything and am not as good in explaining as the user who helped me
