*quit the game then click on Start -> Shut down*
*damn Windows 98 logo appears*

Me: "C'mon you damn slowpoke PC"

5 mins later: It's now safe to turn off your computer.
"Thank GOD I'm sleepy as hell".

Today: Just click Shut down.
