Maybe, just MAYBE, the japanese version has more features and probably voice acting. Remember Capcom of America has already butchered 2 Rockman games.

Wow. I just realized after looking at that video that it's Megaman Zero. I somehow didn't notice before, so I'll still have to use the GBA exp pack if I want to ever play the original Megaman.
