ROM Hack Megaman starforce sounds and images

Well im new to rom hacking thing.
So how do i get the sound files from MMFS3.
I want the "Transcode Shooting Star Rock man"
and images from the hunter VG

And what kind of format is it in?

I got the sound_data.sdat but theres only bgm's and theres no voice?

IDK what to do for the sound but for the Images you could just look for sprites.
