Weird, it works fine on my M3 Lite Perfect =\ and I beat the game too.

Yeah i can't get the rom to work on my computer

its fine until a battle scene then the battle goes black and the only thing i can see are the chip selection and the damage bar

i have the latest No$GBA emulator

Yeah, with the expansion of flashcards, I suggest you get a R4. It's not that expensive.
