Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily Stage 2 Music Similarity

Hello, I wanted to make this post because I noticed a similarity between a piece of progressive-rock music and the Dr. Wily Stage 2 music in Mega Man 2. Has anybody else noticed this?

Ok listened to the track and you might say that Capcom was inspired by it.
