And then Master Chief would be a headcrab zombie.

Master Chief, obviously. Can take waaay more damage, much more powerful, much better weapons

Can't Master Chief only keep like, 2 weapons?

Gordon Freeman carries shitloads around with him. A weapon for every occasion. Plus he has Antlion slaves.
