Mario Party Jamboree: "Could not check whether this software is compatible with Save Data Cloud"

- I am on HOS 19.0.1, atmosphere 1.8.0, emummc, nosigchk
- installed signature patches
- I dumped my original Mario Party Jamboree cartridge and the 1.1.1 update using nxdumptool
- I am on Air Plane mode

When starting the game, then comes Waiting... for some seconds, then Please turn flight mode off. and then Could not check whether this software is compatible with Save Data Cloud

I can then choose between close and Start Software

When pressing on Start Software , the game starts and everything works fine. However, why does this message come?
I get this message only on Mario Party Jamboree. All other games work fine.
