Mario Party 9 not running

Hey everyone! I installed Mario Party 9 onto my Harddrive and turned on "Regionfree everything" in priiloader because the ISO is NTSC while my console is Pal. However I still get a "region error" message when trying to boot the game. Another weird thing I noticed is that Wbfs Manager transfers the game surprisingly quickly to my harddrive but it also says that the gamesize is just 0.7 gigs while the ISO is 4.5 gigs big.
Any help is highly appreciated!

gamesize is just 0.7 gigs while the ISO is 4.5 gigs big.

ISO vs WBFS : A ISO is a 1:1 full image of the gamedisc which includes the game data and also the free unused space. A wbfs file is shrinked and contains only the game data.

Try the language setting inside USBLGX :
Start the game -> enter settings -> game settings -> scroll to Language and set English.

USB Loader GX is region free by default, maybe check your using one of the latest releases

The ISO may corupted, verify the hash value on redump.org and use recommended Wii Backup Manager to convert to wbfs first on PC then move it with the manager to the drive.

In case it displays a black screen, be sure you use the correct video mode

Else if still issues persist, verify you use latest cIOS versions
