Hello I hope i can make this thread but i just made a pal/europe cheat file for lakka/retroarch because i couldnt find any. I hope this helps. I made this cheat file because on the switch even with max overclock mkwii cant play grand prix the best but with this cheat its actually great. time trial works perfectly with or without this cheat.
For Pal/Europe mkwii iso
Will update if i make anymore which is easy
