Alright everyone, it looks like we are down to the final matches of this tournament !!

Competing for 3rd place we have alderryeguy vs thegreeniant401 !!

And fighting for the title of GBATemp's March Pokémon Champion...we have KazoWAR vs BearJaw !!

Can "KazoWAR" beat last year's champion "BearJaw" and be crowned the new champion ?

Or will "BearJaw" claim victory against "KazoWAR" and remain GBATemp's Pokémon champion ?

Just a quick update, alderryeguy was able to win the "Bronze Match" against thegreeniant401

so "alderryeguy" earns the 3rd place slot in this tournament !!

once the last match has been decided, i will be collecting everyone's Vs. Recorder codes and sending everyone their prizes.

I won against KazoWAR (2-0). Two really close and exciting games. I highly recommend everyone view the Finals videos as soon as breaktemp uploads them. I'll post my team later tonight in case anyone wants to see and how I played it.

Hey everyone, as promised here's my VGC team that I was devoted to using in the midst of the "Pokebankers." I am strictly a VGC player and planned to attend the Massachusetts regional in April but unfortunately plans have changed and I won't be making it out to the tournament scene this season. Anyway, the team is pretty basic stuff and I used a lot of 252/252 spreads because I didn't want to overcomplicate things forseeing the dreaded Terrakions, Latios', and Thundurus' from Pokebank. And as expected I saw all of them at least once. I'm not going to go into Azumarill and Rotom's ev spread desicions, mainly because I don't remember what they do exactly. I nicknamed my Rotom-H, BearJaw, because he is probably my favorite mon in VGC14 and I wish I could bring him to every battle. For the Group stage battles I had a Choice Specs Rotom-H with HP Ice but changed his item to Safety Goggles because I feared Amoonguss (thankfully I didn't encounter one). I should also note that for my Group stage battles I had Mega-Venusaur in place of Mega-Kangaskhan but switched it out after discovering that although Venusaur is powerful and underated, he just cannot be brought to every match and often times I find him deadweight when I do bring him. So without further ado, here's the team (in case anyone is interested ):

Overall, I had a really fun time and have come to the conclusion that if Terrakion were allowed in VGC14, he would be the most used Pokemon instead of Garchomp.
