Hacking Making a NAND backup with multiMAN

I've decided to update my PS3 cfw to Rogero. I currently have kmeaw 3.55 installed. In the Rogero guide I see the mention that I should make a NAND backup with multiMAN. I've searched all about multiMAN and cannot find an option to make a NAND backup. Any help would be appreciated.
