Some of these people may be new to Zelda. Doing puzzles is easy when you've got aiming down, but I had a hell of a hard time shooting my arrows through fire the first time I played MM.
This is not pointed at you, but I got to say something in general:
Accessible things can be fun. But just because you got to dig deeper into something does not make things less fun. It can even make it the opposite. More fun!
If you're new to the series MM and even OoT aren't the best games to start with. After getting a general idea of how Zelda puzzles work you'll have a much easier time solving them in other games in the series.
I'm quite familiar with the series and barely get stuck, except sometimes on some of the harder puzzles. I personally really like the dynamics that the time managing system introduces, it makes the world feel more alive.
Going through dungeons on a timer can be stressful, but I like such challenges in my games. I absolutely loathe games which you can steamroll through without any thought, attention or skill requirement.

Majora's Mask is a great game. There's A LOT of side quests and weird stuff to do.
Talk to everyone, especially the kids all over Clock Town everytime you go back in time to get new rumors on your notebook.

You might be very disappointed at the final boss battle though. Unfortunately they didn't fix this mistake in the remake.

I would have to agree, but I wanted to be sure you meant the same thing I was thinking of after I read that initial post
. The fight is easy enough without the Fierce Deity mask. If you go in there with it, all you really have to do is mash B your way to victory -.- ...That being said though, the ease of it certainly doesn't stop it from being pretty much the freakiest boss fight the series has to offer, IMHO.
