I'm not sure if any of you have this problem but I use my girlfriend's TV with my Wii mostly because she has component inputs. Her TV is not an HD unit but it's a heck of a lot better than mine. Even thou I can't bump my Wii's setting to 480p I still get the added benefit of a clearer picture and better color. My major problem is that when I go to use Mplayer or GeeXbox (havn't tried the new Mplayer yet) My screen goes blue (y' know the color you get before turning on your aux item, dvd player, game console, ect) yet the system stays on. Every time I want to watch a video clip I have to switch my cable to composite. Does anybody know who I can talk to about getting this fixed in the media players? If there's someone who has the same situation as me, drop me a line. Maybe we can get something started.
