Not a solution to your issue, but I'd recommend using nonpdrm and pkgi instead of mai.

putting the nonpdrm in the ur0

tried it in ux0

yes the configs are right

in ur0 config ive tried ur0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx

ive tried ux0:tai/nonpdrm.skprx

yes i reboot everytime i change them

in the ux0 config ive done same ive tried both

ive tried deleteing the tai folder in uxo and trying both ways

plus im using mlthaku maybe its wrecks it idk

I sometimes found that when inputting a new line in config.txt, the plugin wouldn't load for some reason.
Try copying the "ur0:tai/henkaku.skprx" line and editing it
Not sure why it fixed it for me, but it's worth a shot.
Also yeah, don't use tai folder on ux0

Go onto the line and press Triangle and then copy
Then press Triangle and then paste
