What iz a good Photoshop 4 Mac
a basic picture editing

I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended which works on both Windows and Mac.

Although some people complain that CS4 lags a bit, it's barely noticable on my PC. You can give that a try if you want.

Another one you could try is Adobe Photoshop CS3 Lite. Up to you.

(assuming you mean image editing program)

the gimp works well, although due to the shit mac implementation of X11 not brilliantly.

if you only want basic picture editing though, you should definitely check out seashore, its like the gimp, but with a mac native front end.
