Hey guys. I'm new to gbatemp. Just wanted to access WiFi at the hotel we are staying at while traveling this weekend. I found a video on youtube that said to just change the mac address on your laptop to the same mac address as your wii and sign in to hotel WiFi, then power down your laptop and turn your wii on and it will log in to the WiFi. I changed the mac address of my laptop but it is a Windows 7 laptop and the first 2 digits of my wii mac address is 00. My Windows 7 laptop will not allow me to change it to a Mac address that starts with 00.
My question is: Is there a homebrew program that wii allow me to change the wii mac address so that I can use my laptop to log in to this WiFi? I do not wish to get online to cheat with my Wii. We just want to watch Netflix. Thank you very much for your help
