Hacking M3i Zero issues

I have a hard time getting my M3i to work on my DSi 1.4j. I've set up it and done everything right, but sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. It shows Danny phantom and I'm using M3Real firmware since it has better compatibility than Sakura(Sakura does the same thing). The error comes up a lot more than it working... I have no idea when this started happening, it could have been like when I got it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Well, I 'm afraid that this only solution is to get another M3i0

I'm pretty sure this is a memory card issue. Sometimes when I readjust the memory card it works. Is there a way to get the memory card in the right place everytime?
