Hacking M3CF Battery Issue

So one of the battery legs on my M3CF isn't connected (would explain why my saves worked 5% of the time

) I should be able to just solder it back on and be good to go right? If so has anyone had any experience doing this and could offer some tips? If this doesn't work I guess I'll have to get a R4 to replace my trusted M3CF

well, i dont have an m3, but i should think it would work, as it just needs to complete the connection
