My bad, I use it for GBA save conversion from m3 real to NO$GBA not to VBA. My mistake, as I haven't really tried it for VBA seeing as how both use the same .sav file, I assumed that they would work. My bad.

Firstly, have you tried just making a copy and renaming the ending to .0?

From M3 to VBA renaming works fine. But if u rename VBA sav to .0 M3 doesnt recognize it.

I think the M3 Real GBA expansion uses the same type of save file as the G6 Lite. If so, this should work: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=1354
Most gamesaves converting works fine, except of pokemon. Sometimes getting "Save file has been deleted..." with Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald etc. (Basically with all poke games.)

It sounds like you have saves from SRAM patched versions of the poke games (i.e. 64KB saves). Unpatched Pokemon games (or roms that have been patched for a specific flashcart) use 128KB saves. When an unpatched Pokemon game sees half of the save data empty, it panics and deletes the save.

The way to fix this is to append the 64KB save file to itself, creating a 128KB save file with two copies of the 64KB save in it. When you load this save in a rom that has not been SRAM patched, the game should give an error about a corrupt save, say it's loading the backup, and create a valid 128KB save with your save data in it.

I've done a quick hack of my save padding script that will take the 64KB file and append it to itself to create the initial 128KB file. You can get it here: http://www.zshare.net/download/6936647f0c81c3/

Just drag the pokemon saves onto that file to use it.

Yesterday all saves worked fine.
Today, no saves are working.
I do know all the steps of save replacing and things.
After I save my game(Eg. Dragonball GT - cracked, patched), I go to the m3 gba menu for the backup of the save.
Then I put the converterted save from PC in the microSD(I have tried both, replacing the Dragonball GT save or deleting it and pasting the PC side save). Yesterday it worked fine. Today its loading the previous save o.o, which I have either deleted or replaced.
Most weird thing happend to me up to now, LOADING deleted saves

Yep I did, I have tried like lots of methods.
1) Normal one, save replaced or deleted ==> Loads last deleted or replaced save

2) Did just like you mentioned ==> Same thing, loads deleted or replaced save.

3) Deleted the *is0 ==> Doesnt recognize save file, "NEW GAME".

4) Tried renaming the games and saves => same as 1.

5) Formated microSD ==> same as 1.

6) Tried different microSD ==> Same as 1...

I am still trying it. It worked fine yesterday.. so what could be wrong?
