Hacking M3 DS Real Freezing

I have been having a big prolem with my M3 DS Real.
I have the BP5ES version.
I use a 4GB Sandisk Micro SD Card

I just got my new M3 DS Real yesterday and I put the latest software and my games on it, also some music.
I can play the games and listen to the music for about 2 minutes then it freezes.
Sometimes it freezes on the menu screen.
Now it freezes before the M3 even loads.

I tried this card on another DS and it seems t work fine.
But my DS is pretty new and regular NDS and GBA games still work.

So what is the problem?
Do I need to buy a new DS?

First make a copy of all the files on the card. Then use the panasonic memory card formatter to format the card. Then copy all the files back to the card. Try this first then ask for more help if this didn't work.

If you have another Microsd, you may want to try using that too. See if the Microsd is causing the issue.

The m3 ds real catridge may not be able to make complete contact. Use the paper trick and see if that works. Also, don't use the cheap card reader that comes with the m3 buy your own.
