Firstly, I apologize if this happens to be the wrong section, or if this topic happens to be posted a lot.

Now, I was just wondering if anyone out there knows about a Slot-1 flash cart that uses M2 memory cards? I have a Sony Ericsson cell, a W580i, and I already own a 2gb M2 memory card. I just think it would be useless and a waste of money to spend another $40 - $50 for a 1gb microSD and flash cart.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Proprietry technology is stupid.

Sony keeps the data needed to use MemorySticks to themselves- that's why pretty much only Sony products use MemorySticks. While SDs and CFs have the data readily available to anyone.

That's...stupid. Ah, well, thanks for the help anyways. Now, if a mod/admin would delete the other thread...
