No 6.6 works fine in 11.3. There are a few new features in development but if you don't need them no need to update to nightlies.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of features? And thank you!

Is there a noob free way to verify/ check if i have a9lh installed? As far as I know, yes if you're on A9LH.
Try to start a payload like Decrypt9 or Hourglass9 with the luma chainloading. If it boots you have a9lh for 100%.Is there a noob free way to verify/ check if i have a9lh installed?
It is safe to update to 11.3, but there's seriously no reason to do so. 11.3 adds nothing new to the system and was only made to make life harder for us. Plus with Luma3DS (and every other CFW) you can still go online and use other features with older OFWs.Hey guys just wanted to make sure it was safe to update my 3ds's
I have a old3dsxl that has a modefied secure info A, a blank nnid save, and a modefied local friend code seed B, and was wondering if it was safe to update with those modefied files.(I have a9lhv2 and latest luma stable (6.6))
I also have a new 3dsxl that dosent have those modefied files (It has a9lhv3 and luma stable (6.6)) and my last question was should I update to luma nightly before updating or stay on stable?

Also homebrew launcher updated to fix this. So yeah, you can safely update. I personally say it's not worth it because it doesn't add anything new.Well I peffer stables since nighlies are buggy.

Use the (A) button and the D-Pad to turn on the following:Was able to figure out how to configuration of luma3ds ( by holding select while turning on) what is the optimal setting of the configuration for old 3ds xl?
Use the (A) button and the D-Pad to turn on the following:
- “Autoboot SysNAND”
- “Use SysNAND FIRM if booting with R”
- “Show NAND or user string in System Settings”
I think it means it'll boot your EmuNAND with SysNAND firm if you hold R while you boot.I always wanted to ask the meaning of “Use SysNAND FIRM if booting with R”.
Does that mean if I boot my n3ds while holding R, luma and a9lh wont boot? Or just luma only.
On: uses the FIRM from SysNAND to boot EmuNAND with R (you usually can't boot a newer NAND with an older NATIVE_FIRM).
