The patch method is 100% correct
It worked with Luma3DS v11.0-3gxldr, old3DS, JPN
I matched the conditions to old3DS, but it is not applied

What game? What patches? What is you SD's directory structure? Did you enable game patching?

Full game ROM
Enable Game Patching is enabled.

★I just realized I forgot to put the "s" in the title!
And the patch was successful.
"s" is so important.
