Luma installed on my device but no Godmode9/Homebrew apps.

I have a new 2ds xl, and thought I did something wrong while following the steps to mod it, so I deleted all of the files for it off my SD card. Now, I’m stuck with Luma (the latest version), but can’t do anything with it. How should I move forward?

*Sigh* I'll never understand it.
Assuming latest Luma3DS boot.firm and HB Launcher boot.3dsx are present on the SD, just redo the finalizing part.
