Hacking LU90 Help!

Hello, I recently recieved a replacement wii from Nintendo after sending my bricked one in. This new one came fresh with system menu 3.3U and serial LU90. Before I follow any specific guide, I want to know whether my wii counts as an LU64+ wii and how I can install 4.0 without wifi or any sort of internet connection.

It doesn't count as a boot2v4/LU64 Wii. System Menu 3.3 depends on IOS30, which wouldn't work on boot2v4/LU64 Wiis.

It's nice to know Nintendo loves us and still has their repair facilities giving us 3.3U Wiis (albeit with the f01e boot1).

Though it wouldn't hurt to just use the TBR to get your cIOS installed. It's probably easier than most methods and works on any Wii on any firmware anyways.

The best part was that they didn't even mention the homebrew channel, only a whole list of hardware malfunctions, but thanks for the clarification.
