Hacking Lowest FW to upgrade to?

I want to start utilizing the streaming function on ps4, but I'm not sure if it needs a minimum fw or the latest fw.
I also of course want to keep it for potential CFW, but honestly, my vita's been collecting dust for years, so i'm thinking of saying fuck it and just keep it up to date

You need the latest Vita FW to stream PS4 games. It's impossible to spoof since you need to be connected to PSN (I don't understand why) and you can't use any PSN features under the latest FW.
