Hi, kind of noobish here.
I know the game saves automatically at save points and new areas, but I've been playing as the elf, and when I made it to a save point, I eventually decided to switch characters (to the archer) to clean up and what they've obtained, to level them up, and to switch to better gear. I had a feeling I had to do something like switch areas in order for it to save, so from my save point, I went back to Bree, then exited the game. When I went back to the archer, everything was reset!
Do I just have to go to a save point or a new area, just to effing save every characters progress and levelling and gear and stuff? If so, that's really really dumb -_-
