Homebrew Loose topic, but could anyone make a working Palm PDA retroarch core for the 3ds?

I cannot get past the stylus test screen. i would LOVE to use this since i own a palm PDA myself, but the core doesn't seem to be implemented properly for use with the touchscreen. can anyone make a working version/ give me the link to a working Palm OS emulator for the 3DS?

tl;dr: Palm PDA retroarch core doesn't use touchscreen on 3DS, can someone fix it?
