That's not a great return policy, that means they are repackaging stuff as if it is new, but is not

Uh oh...that makes me nervous since I haven't opened the XL I just brought from there with the 2012 box. That would SUCK if it's a repack on a higher FW. "BETRAYED ME!!!"
Hopefully it won't end up like that. The stickers look flawless on the box and I doubt Target keeps a pile of 3DS retail box seal stickers on hand.

Not to make you paranoid, but you'd be surprised by the lengths some retailers go to, to make something look new again...
