Hacking looking for usrcheat for dragon quest monsters 2 english

So I was wondering if there was a download out for a usrcheat file to use with my acekard2i . since I know cheats.gbatemp.net no longer updates...can someone help me out. Or is there a way that I can do it myself since there are numerous posts of action replay cheats already out for the new game?

So whatever added was my own work..
