Gaming logging in to gbatemp with apple safari on pc

hi guys , wonder if anyone can explain/advise on following

when i try to log into gbatemp with internet explorer (on vista x64) i can log in every time no worries but when i try logging in through safari browser (same pc) gbatemp gives me a incorrect password / username error ????

i am using safari 4.0.3 (531.9.1) on vista x64

also tried using firefox browser - logs in ok

please help !

are your cookies enabled?

in safari settings , cookies enabled as - always accept cookies still gives error

strange thing is i used to only use safari and never had this problem before
until i upgraded to vista x64 utlimate , installed safari and gives error

i dont realy mind having to use internet explorer just for gbatemp - just seems a bit pointless if i use safari for everything else
i have tested logging in & out on other sites that require password & user name with safari and no problems

mayb i'll just get rid of safari , i dunno

firefox is always the best to use.
Internet explorer is the worst. Have you tired re-installing Safari?
