Hacking Loadline Game Boot Region

Is there any way to select the language/region to boot while loading a game on loadline?
Certain games check the region of the system to determine what language to boot so even if I downloaded a EUR region game the game would still boot to Japanese for me.

Huge maybe, but you could rename the English folders to the to the original Japanese folders' names. Now this requires you to look at the game's files, there isn't a universal solution for each game.

I believe that works from reading other posts about this
