Hacking Loading Screen ! :(

Can Anyone Help me to Fix my DS?.
im Stuck at Loading Screen and idk what to do..
im Using DS Lite,r4i-advance v.16

i Already Formatted my SD card and then Download the Latest Firmware in r4i-advance.com and Put it on my SD Card but Still It Doesn't work.
