So, build a0c73ed Launches ZombiU (Eur) in both Mii Maker and Smash modes fine.. takes a bit to load em though... might be my SD card. Anyways, I'm still not understanding how Update folders work as I am now 0 for 2 on updates working. Again, merging the files into the Core Game's folders worked. So I'm not sure what I'm honestly missing. I do exactly what the OP says: sd:\wiiu\games\Game [ID]\updates\v##\(3 typical folders). Supposed to work, ja?

Merging is the only way to play some games with updates. The compatibility wiki needs updated for those games.

To prevent tree structure problems I am creating a software.

Maybe have a new Category that has a "yes/No" bit where it says som'in like "Merge Updates to Core Game".. or... som'in...

So I've got a strange issue.

I'm noticing that, in a lot of Wii U games, when I try to "view manual" I get a system error message that the "disc cannot be read". It always happens when I attempt to view manuals, across quite a few games. This happened with 0.2 and with the latest 0.3 nightly.

I'm on a US 5.4.0, using miimaker launch method. Super Mario Maker (US, unpatched) is one great example where this happens. There are other titles that I can't recall off the top of my head, but I've made a point of avoiding icons for all in-game manuals if they're available.

Is this a common issue or have I done something wrong? Bad dumps, maybe?

TCPGecko don't working in 5.5.1 with Loadiine GX2, only retail @dimok
Just use the pygecko option along with pygecko on loadiine gx2. TCPGecko never actually worked for me, on neither retail or loadiine gx2.

Hey @dimok

It's cool if we have an option to enable/have a splash screen after running the exploit and before launching HBL/Loadiine

And the remaining free space in the SD card and the number of games somewhere in loadiine
The part about the splash screen is tricky as the browser environment very limited where we jump in. After reloading into a new app (MiiMaker) we have more access to do that. We can make splash screens for games like the system menu does for example.

The part about the free space on SD and the number of games is easy. I am just not a designer and would not know where it would be best placed in which view. Suggest something and I will add it at some point. Make an issue (enchancement) on github for it or I will forget it probably.

@dimok : can I delete DLC that is installed on the console after dumping them ? Would it still work with Loadiine ?
No I don't think it will work then. I did not try it though.

Hi, how it is suppose change a game in GX2 after running a game first time?

If I press home, close the miimaker and opening browser and loadiine.ovh it will freeze. So I need close miimaker enter settings then open broser.

What is the best proceddure?

Thanks

Is my memory going (which I know it is), but didn't I read that a built in app lets me use a Ps4 remote like a WiiU Pro remote?

edit:
Ah. figured it out... sort of. While I found it humorous to play ZombiU on it, it wasn't what I had in mind. I wanted it to act as "Player 2", so I could later have my BF play it's fun vs mode, with out needing to bust out the batteries for my aging Wii-motes. Is there a way to make it Player 2? Also I couldn't get it to launch at all on version a0c73ed. Launched on 0703597 though.

After closing a game, just start Mii Maker again. It should be still cued in memory. When you do that, it'll load Loadiine again

Mario vs Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (PAL)
Loadiine GX2 v0.3 (nightly build)
not exactly sure which one
System: 5.3.2 FW (USA)

Notes:
It works perfectly for me.
(played through 2 levels+messed with the workshop mode and everything seemed to work 100%. loading times are a little long at times but not always. nothing too major.)

What's the reccomended SD card to buy for this? Can I use a card over 32GB for games?

Any SD card should work as long as you format it for FAT32 (preferably 64 clusters for loading times). by default, SDXC cards are formatted for EXFAT. use a PC/Mac/Linux to format it to FAT32 and it should be usable for Nintendo products in general.

Can I use both Loadiine and use my Wii U as normal for playing my regular retail games online as well?
Yeah. There's nothing being installed, so when ever you're done, just pop in what ever game you wanna play online and go for it. Only the Loadiine games are Offline locked.
Very nice.

Maybe with the nightly version, numbers like nightly_943ec34d
Ok, THIS is more needed than anything atm XD
