Hacking Loadiine gx2 cheats can't connect to wii u

So another issue I haven been having is trying to get cheats to work with Loadiine GX2. I am aware of of enabling pygecko in the loadiine settings and I have done so how ever when I do that then load a game I can not get tcpgecko dotnet or jgecko u to connect to my wii u. I have allowed through my firewall, allowed them through my antivirus even disabled them altogether and no luck. I haved looked at several guides on youtube and tried to find information on gbatemp but I have not found any solutions.

Hey, connect to the wiiu works fine ,But cheating is not possible.
Gecko is not mapping to adress 0A
