No. This is completely and totally impossible > 9.2, unless we get either of these two things:

  1. A kernel exploit.
  2. A DS emulator. (Which would require Dynarec to even work at all, which also requires kernel.)
It isn't a matter of "Smea just needs to add DS game support."

Theoretically speaking it should be possible to launch a retail cart, not a ROM or whatever with a CIA on <= 9.2.

Even if we do have a <= 9.2 3DS kernel exploit, it is NOT possible to run NDS backups unless we have a DSi mode exploit (correct me if I'm wrong)

Not knocking OP but you have 100% compatibility with a ds flash cart over this so idk why anyone would want this unless ds flash carts cost crazy amounts of money from where they live.

Exactly where I stay a meal from McDonald's costs more than a flash cart. Flash carts are ridiculously cheap here.
