There is a gigantic list (Mostly due to poketards ) And Nobody would actually be able to give you a complete list. Im afraid you will have to resort to scrolling, or ask for what kind of rom hack you want.

perhaps there should be more clarity... the search button can be real useful. you just have to use the right phrase. Like (insert game name here) hack/translation. If there is nothing for that game then stop looking.
damn lucky to have a neat and organized page that lists the translation projects. People who do these things don't have to list them publicly. (I know of 4 that have been finished and will never get released publicly).
