Spring Rolls
Makes 10

Ingredients:
- Spring Roll Pastry: One Packet of 10 sheets, or 125 Grams
- Beef Mince Meat: 500 Grams
- Garlic Cloves: x 2
- Small Onion: x 1
- Vegetable Oil: 2 to 8 cups (for frying)
- Hienz Mixed Veg: 250 Grams (mixed Carrots, Peas, Green beans, Corn Kernels)
- Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce: 2 tbsp
- Chicken Stock Cubes: x 2

Method:
1.
Finely dice Onion and crush Garlic cloves.
2. Add 1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil into a medium sized pot and add Onions and Garlic.
Turn stove on and cook at a medium heat.
3. Let the Onions and Garlic cook until sautéed or until oil begins to sizzle and Onions become light brown.
4. Add the Mince Meat and stir.
5. Let the Meat brown and continue to cook at a medium heat.
6. Add the Heinz Mixed Veg into the pot and continue to stir.
7. Add 1/2 cup of Water.
8. Add the Soy Sauce and Tomato Sauce.
9. Add the Chicken Stock and allow mixture to simmer.
10. Season mixture with some salt and pepper.
11. Keep mixture on at a medium heat until water evaporates.
12. Gently peal apart the Spring Roll Pastry layers and allow them to sit on a tea towel to avoid drying up.
13. Fill a saucepan halfway with Vegetable Oil and put it on a low heat.
14. Wrap meat-mixture in Spring Roll Pastry and seal them up with some water.
15. Soak Spring Rolls in Oil until fried.
16. Let rolls sit on a paper towel after frying to remove excess Oil.

Enjoy your Spring Rolls with a side of Sweet Chilli Sauce!

* Some ingredients may be specific to living in Australia, as that's where we live, I've added alternatives (I think!)
