LetterBomb or str2hax offline

Is there a way to hack the Wii offline using LetterBomb or str2hax? Like LetterBomb create the file by just typing your MAC Address is there an app can do this?

wilbrand is an offline equivalent to letterbomb, it was built my giantpune at my request for Modmii. To construct it u can use ModMii, or wilbrand itself via command line, or any other front end wilbrand gui creator that may exist
