Hacking legit UK 3ds capture card installer?

i need a capture card to play 3ds on a bigger screen my GW 3ds is so tiny :/ i mean i love my xl but even that is too small when playing games like mh3/4, ssb and ofc i would like to do a few streams that didnt include a shoulder mounted camera

so my question is does any one know of a legit 3ds capture card installer based in the UK i need one for my regular 3ds that i use with GW

There's only 2 legit capture card sites I'm aware of. One is based in the US, while the other is in Japan (you can send your 3ds in through the mail).

Keep in mind that they offer different solutions, some prefer one over the other site but both do the job.
