Hacking Legit place with Sky3DS+ in stock (US or Canada)

Hey guys, so I preordered from one place and they canceled it on me (Modchipsdirect) saying that due to issues with shipping, they can't sell in the US.

Any place in Canada or the US I could order one that legit has them in stock? Trying to avoid China wholesalers because last time my Credit Card got funky purchases after ordering one.

I guess I should've included that I already own a Gateway + have a 3DS that is modified via software. I'm doing this just to have all options available.

I've looked, as stated before. I'm trying to avoid shipping from China. This is due to my recent bad situations with them.
