Hi all,

I always hear about people talking about joy-con drift, and while I've never had that problem, I don't hear anyone talking about the line-of-sight issues with the left joy-con.

Is it just me having this problem? Even so much as having my leg propped up, between my switch on my TV stand and my joy-cons in my lap, causes my left joy-con to essentially lose connection - if I was pressing a button, it's now repeating, if I wasn't pressing a button, no buttons will work. It only works if there's an absolutely clear line of sight to my switch.

Right joy-con has never had this same issue, it's just the left, and I've had this problem with my friends' joy-cons as well.

Is there something I'm missing? Is this a fault of a specific hardware revision? Is something in my setup faulty, and just something I should be sending in for repair? Is it my fault for having legs?
