Both joy con batteries dead and Oled is black, but with tv output

hello doods,
so I recently got my oled picofly'ed and its doing coolio but since putting it back together I think I might have did something so that now both joycons' batteries died (bought new ones, tested on console, and then tested old joy cons with new remotes), or their respective charging circuit (if its on the joy con and not the switch since new joy cons appear to charge) and also the oled is dead lol.

if anyone knows if a certain line or ic might be causing this plz lemme know, thanks
