Lays salted caramel chips

Although I'm not a huge lays person these caught my eyes, lays has always been doing whacky unique flavors which are generally disgusting but these are a good winner in my books. It's the perfect balance of sweet and salty snack. You do get a hint of caramel followed by salt which I consider these to be a danger snack, I'd recommend consuming in light handfuls or a slow snacker.



The color gives off a caramel brown but I would like the salt to be upped just a tad. It got my curious if they actually sell caramel salt seasoning and turns out they do. Might be a good idea if you like making your own chips. At $5 a bag might be the better option. 3/5

Caramel chips sounds like something that can either be good or disgusting and the line is very very fine. Like dipping french fries in caramel sauce.


A friend just showed me these today:



Apparently they're available here and I intend to hunt them down because I'm intrigued.
There's also cheese and cranberry flavor but I really really don't want to try that.

Seems more like an October line that would work better weird it's Christmas related. I wish pringles would bring back milk chocolate chips they were god like.
