yes, it's so weird. i havn't add loader.kip in cfw-emummc, it's working. but in cfw-sysnand is failure.
this is the original hekate_ipl.ini in SD card,
i have to add kip1=atmosphere/kips/loader.kip below kip1patch in cfw sysnand. so i assume the issue might be with patch.ini and hekate.

[config]
autoboot=0
autoboot_list=0
bootwait=1
backlight=100
autohosoff=0
autonogc=1

{}
{www.91wii.com}
{}

{--- Custom Firmware ---}
[DS-CFW (SYSNAND)]
fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin
kip1patch=nosigchk
atmosphere=1
emummc_force_disable=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp
{}

[DS-CFW (EMUMMC)]
fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin
kip1patch=nosigchk
emummcforce=1
atmosphere=1
cal0blank
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp
{}

{--- Stock ---}
[NO-CFW(SYSNAND)]
emummc_force_disable=1
fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin
stock=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_switch.bmp
{}

i had the same problem for using this patch.ini,, so i downloaded a loader.kip and add a line in hekate_ipl.ini to slove this issue.

Adding loader.kip is not the right way of solving the issue. This will break after Atmosphere updates. The right thing to do is to fix the patches.ini for sysnand (or fix Hekate, if that's the issue).

don't worry about it. edit it as kip1=atmosphere/kips/*,
but when updating ams core, i used to delete all except nintendo, emummc and switch/checkpoint/saves/. then replace the latest cfw package as kosmos.

yes shure, but it's to report that the patches instead loader.kip have a problem with cfw (sysnand)

i tested it several days. so don't worry about it . backup your console's clean rawnand is more important, make sure atmosphere/automatic_backups/ contain biskey and prodinfo's backup,

loading kip don't have any problem, have doing all the tests before the kip is change by the patches
The problem is the patches don't work on cfw (sysnand) by launch hekate

Hey, I am looking into updating my OFW and CFW from v9.2.0 and Atmosphere (whatever version worked with the OFW) to the latest OFW v10.0.2 and Atmosphere v0.12. In the past the Atmosphere patches didn't work for me and I ended up going with "Kosmos_patches_03_02_2020_bootconfig", are these patches in this thread direct replacements for those?

Or is there somewhere else I can find what I am looking for? Thanks ahead of time, I appreciate any insight into this. It's the first time I have tried updating my firmware since modding my switch.

Also, if I might ask, I tried following this thread for a few pages and it seems that the person making the patches from before stopped I guess, is there any danger in updating my OFW that I might run into trouble because of a lack of sig patches?

And, do I need a special fork of Atmosphere to run these? Just a little confused by some of the technical talk, sorry.

yes, correct. but haruko has not fixed it yet. furthermore it's only happened in cfw sysnand, and few people will hack sysnand if they created a emunand.
when some guy's console has been banned, they needn't emummc anymore, payload fusee-primary.bin directly without any custom settings. well, backup clean rawnand enough.

Have you tried installing fusee primary patches and then booting with fusee primary instead?

For some reason Super Mario U Deluxe won't start with the hekate patches in place. But it will run when I chainload fusee. Does anybody have any idea? Do I need to reinstall the game?

EDIT: Reinstalling the game seemed to work.

I have the same problem, I did the installation both nsp and both with xci did not work. How did you manage to solve it? I saw that you reinstalled the game but even if I do not work, I have the updated sigpatches, version 10.0.0.2 and 10.0.0.4 do not work.
